Government- Supreme Court Decision

 
             Throughout the history of the united states of American there have been many example of government supreme court decision. Two examples are Mar bury v. Madison and Plessy v. Ferguson.The united states supreme court has played a major role in the united states history. the court decision have had a significant impact on many aspects of American society.     

           One example is Mar bury v. Madison . Marbury was given a important position in the government by the old president. the new president refused to give Marbury the position . the case went to the supreme court. Marbury v. Madison established concept of judicial reviews, first time supreme court declared something unconstitutional . judicial review gave the judicial branch on the government equal power to the legislative and executive branches.  

           Another example is Plessy v. Ferguson. Plessy was a man who was born white and black. white people on the train car tell Plessy have to move to the back with the other black people. the case went to the supreme court. the court decided the black people were Separated but equal. the court decision allowed segregation to continue in American

        In conclusion, Decision of the united states supreme have had a significant impact on the American society . two examples are Marbury v. Madison and Plessy v. Ferguson. Marbury v. Madison have positive impact in American and Plessy v. Ferguson have negative impact in American
